You can't. What you can do is simplify. Plan to do less. I agree with your organizer = get rid of stuff. So you can spend less time taking care of it. Get more later when you feel better. Give kids 10 outfits and get rid of the rest. Less toys helps too. As far as the cooking, simplify that too. Your kids aren't going to remember that on Tuesdays when they were five they had Ramen and on Thursdays it was macaroni and cheese. They will remember that they were fed and loved.
